Kris firmly believes that in each of us the best version of ourselves resides; we simply need to discover how to access that inner strength. In doing so we change our life experience and that of those around us.
Peace does not come from the outside in; rather, it is an inside out process that truly comes from the best in you, your preciousness.
As a skilled psychotherapist, Kris uses both traditional and cutting edge psycho-therapeutic techniques with a blend of spiritual insights to help guide you toward health, wholeness, and healing. He will help you discover the inner strength and courage required to face the challenges of your day-to-day living and overcome life’s most difficult challenges.
Frequently individuals become overwhelmed by this process called life and simply feel like giving up. Too often people operate under the assumption: “I am powerless,” and then make choices that lead to internal conflict that is carried into relationships.
For over 30 years, Kris White has brought counseling to individuals and couples, helping them discover themselves. Philosophically, he believes we are all masterful creators of the world we live in. Using tools gleaned from our life experiences in conjunction with biological makeup and upbringing, we operate under the perception that this is the only experience possible. But what if its not!
